It would be great to have Tourettes again, they were like the best extreme band, seriously the vocals and the songs are fucking amazing!
It was great having them even if we learned it very late

Ok, they may not have a permanent female member in their band, but they always bring one or more female singers to their shows.
Their music is full of female vocals (except their first albums), although often choirs.
Nonetheless, I really hope they could come to the mfvf one day.
I'm confident they'll fit in perfectly Very Happy

*sits back and imagines watching Therion perform 'O Fortuna'

oh, i wouldn't mind seeing Therion at MFVF at all because they are fab (=understatement), but i still see them more as male-fronted (esp. when keeping in mind their current set lists...). but still... wouldn't mind seeing them.

i have a hunch To-Mera will be on next year's edition too (performing, that is), which would be totally awesome.

for the rest, i'd still love to see DSO, AF, WT, Flowing Tears (they rocked the place this year), Operatika, Imperia (hell, i'd even pay for their tickets then lol), Autumn, Stream of Passion (if they're still around by then)... etc. etc. on day two. on day one, the extreme thingy, i'd love to see Arch Enemy, OTEP, Matriarch, Astarte, Darzamat, UneXpect, and of course my Ozzie mingers of Tourettes.

hmm... perhaps a stand in the merch area could offer feet massages as well...

They got great reactions from the audience, people were even dancing hehe

Here is my wanted list:
Diablo Swing Orchestra
After Forever
Epica
Ebony Ark (i only heard a couple mp3's but they kicked ass)

I actually filmed the whole show (minus the beginning of the intro due to technical problems) and i'll give the band the dvd tonight in Antwerp, maybe they'll upload something on their myspace

I'm not going to put anything online without their permission

Anyway, here you can recommend which bands you want, I don't if there will be a poll afterwards (since its waaaaaaaay too early) but lets start some discussion so the organisators have some names on their mind Wink

As I already said I would like to see:

After Forever (they were so good in MFVF3)
Diablo Swing Orchestra (I recall they were asked by many people for this edition)
Adastreia
Akphaezya (check them out, they are a combination of Atrox and Arch Enemy with everything in between)

Yes Guy !
DSO, Akphaezya (I saw them in Brussels in 2005), unexpect, ARCH ENEMY (of course !!!), Otep, Aghora !

and for big ones : Lacuna Coil, theater of tragedy...
