Astarte is a VERY good band who I'd love to see, but I haven't heard anything about them playing live either...

Well between now and October is a long time to practice and play a few small local gigs to get the hang of live performances, I'd say anyway Smile

yes but what made VoA at least a bit famous was Melissa and I highly doubt (being an Aesma Daeva fan) that the new VoA singer can come close to Melissa's great voice

wooooooooow. Ailyn, here we come Very Happy  I'm so curious to hear her live.
I just saw a new live video of Xandria. With their new singer (former Axxis female vocals), they rock: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-Z5ib570PA

I hope that Aylin is an excellent singer live!

(I'm ok for Xandria , their new singer Kerstin Bischof is really amazing , a lyrical singer and she grunts sometimes! Laughing A good idea to discover Aylin and Kerstin at MFVF)

Here are the bands that they still on our list for the both days (headliners will be announced soon) :

THE AGONIST / TRAIL OF TEARS / KRYPTERIA / VAN CANTO / CORONATUS / TO-MERA / DEADLOCK / TRISTANIA / SIRENIA / STREAM OF PASSION / DELAIN / LAHANNYA !

Hope to find deals with a lot of them + 2 headliners (tbc).

So who have we had from this list so far?

Confirmed:
Trail of Tears,
Van Canto,
Coronatus,
To-Mera,
Sirenia,
Stream of Passion,
Delain,
Lahannya

Confirmed not appearing:
The Agonist.

... and Tristania want to play next year instead, right? So that leaves Krypteria and Deadlock?

PS. And Sirenia, a good announcement, enjoyed them with their new singer last year. Not the best band in the world but will certainly look forward to seeing them again.

Deadlock on sunday plz ^^ It's a heavier band than all others, (even Trail of Tears doesn't come close) so would be great variation! It would be their firt time on mfvf, unlike Tristania Smile *so pretty plz* I know of their producer and the band themselves that they want to come very much.
