yes but what made VoA at least a bit famous was Melissa and I highly doubt (being an Aesma Daeva fan) that the new VoA singer can come close to Melissa's great voice

I don`t think that`s true, because when Melissa joined the Band they already where more than "a bit famous"...And with Mel`s Vocals their album trinity sold LESS than their album cast away, because much people said that her vocals would be to hard and to penetrant in a way for the Sound of VoA and the New just Guitar-Oriented Songs hat to less diversity...

I`m quite sure that the new singer will fit better to the Band than Mel did and that their new Album will be their greatest so far...

As it looks like they also have much more creativity than ever before, than they actually confirmed that the new album will contain much more songs than their older release and maybe Ltd. Edition with some bonustracks or so....

But well, let`s wait for october when they return with their new album ;-) I`m looking forward.....

I must admit I'm very curious who these headliners are going to be, can't be that many bands to choose from.

Any news on Krypteria?

Krypteria still on our list, let's see for MFVF 7 or if it's not possible for MFVF 8.

One headliner (for Sunday) have to confirm at 100% for the middle of April, the other one will be announced in June (due to contract's agreement with other festivals).

As After Forever stopped and The Gathering don't want to make it, other bands can't make it as "co-headlining".

On the flyers, it's announced that 2 headliners + a few bands will be confirmed soon.
That's it Wink

cool, i was only wondering if Sirenia was the co-headliner
I'm very curious about the sunday headliner, i can't guess which band you choose which makes me sooooo impatient!!!!!I'm sure about the saturday headliner though Mr. Green

The other sunday band must be something along Krypteria, Deadlock or something not mentioned before Confused

I was thinking about that too Smile Looking at Graspop's band list, there is Epica, Lacuna Coil and Nightwish. But for Nightwish that would mean 3 concerts in Belgium in one year and I suppose they're quite expensive to get too for a band that many people will wish to see only with their former singer ^^

It's bound to be Epica, since they aren't on the list yet.

Would love it to be Epica but can't see it because they stood in late last year,if Floors up and running with new solo stuff she might be an outside bet, possibly Kittie might get a second chance? Question

They should be announced before the fest, but don't know when.
Before they need to gather everybody and see who can make it.
