i think epica has had it's time as headline, it'd be nice to have something else for a change, epica's kinda getting old, no mather how good a show they put on

Actually, headliners are limited and in addition some are taking a break (again).
Festival's date has to fit to their schedule, etc ... not easy Rolling Eyes
So, wait and see ...

Arkona is far from a headliner Wink

3 possible (co-)headliners:

Therion , ( but already playing in Holand end of october and 1/11 in Antwerp)

Xandria ( only tourdates on their site until may 2010)

Sirenia (unfortunately, they had to cancel last year, so why not this year)

For me, I would like to see Theatre des Vampires , but there are so many groups I want to see too. Let's call it 'wishfull thinking.....'

For those who like Arkona, watch this too: Inkubus Sukkubus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2D6C2IC1U0&feature=related

Anyway, I am convinced that Phil and Helcanen will make it certainly worthwhile to come, and MFVF8 will be great.

I have to think about my signature. I want to do it right. Untill then you have to accept this one.

Therion as we said will not play due to their tour date after the fest.
Xandria and Sirenia are not big enough to be headliner Rolling Eyes

Ram-zet, sorry not a headliner.
Lacrimosa : there is no front female singer (and I'm objective as I have a lot of their cds)
