Last year, 23 bands were in the festival, and 19 are already confirmed, so, I think 4 bands Smile

Maybe a few less bands than last year (depending also with the Friday evening).

We saw that the second day was really hard for people.
A lot didn't take the shuttle on Sunday morning, and came later.
So, for the first band opening the festival, there was not so many people Sad

Last year there was 22 bands, the 23rd was Leaves' eyes with a small acoustic show, included during the headliners change-over.

I have no problem with less bands on Sunday (so that we can party a bit more after the saturday's show) Laughing
And yes, please make the Friday warm up happen

The first album of Revamp arrived on Thursday. Now I have time to listen to it. The album is awesome. The sound blows you away. I think Revamp will be a worthy headliner for MFVF8.

Maybe Indica is a good band to put on the list ^^
They just released a new album with noy only Finnish songs, but Also a few of their well known songs in English.
These girls make a good show (I saw them once live when they where supporting Nightwish)
And I really went to see them again ^^

INDICA is a very good idea. I saw them at Wave-Gotik-Treffen two weeks ago.
This gig was really awesome.

It is a bit of a shame for the first band on the Sunday as after a long day on the Saturday some people obviously would like a little lie in. However not me. Very Happy
I like the idea of Indica. Never heard anything by them but I have heard good things. In this moment would be different as well. I think they would complement The Agonist very well.
And I am very jealous of those that already have the ReVamp CD. Us poor people in England are still having to wait for it to be released Sad
