I guess, there are a lot of people willing to pay some Euros more for getting such a bracelet
I would be!

Maybe next year you could get a poll on the website & let people vote! Cool
I actually guess it's 50/50.. So there's always one group who won't be glad with the results but ohwell ^^

i would pay extra too. the tickets weren't all that expensive this year (can't say about prev. years -MFVF virgin here) if you consider the amount of bands and the venue. plus, it would be great promotion too if the wristbands were of a more lasting material than just paper. so the costs would eventually be balanced majorly if you look at it that way.

Prices of MFVF3 were about €32? Correct me if I'm wrong Embarassed

And yes, I know they complain!
But how much extra would it be? maybe +€1?
And some people would come because of the bracelet, cause MFVF has become a big event, & they want to show it off like 'hey hey look at me, I went to MFVF!'
And a few years later;
'Hey hey look at me! Look at how many MFVF's I've been!'

It was 35 euros.
That's a discussion for next year (you are free to launch this poll in MFVF6 topic).
But don't forget that big festivals started with this kind of wristband a long time after their first festival.

At least, the problem about the wristbands for both days is solved (VIP and normal ticket) Wink

the wristband thing confuses me

If i have understand well, those with VIP (like me) will get their laminate and wristband on Friday
With the same wristband they will enter the venue in Saturday???
Cause if its a paper one there are many chances it will be cut off on our sleep (and we can;t shower either)

Yes I know. It could be expensive for some, but as you say, you'll see a lot of bands on the same day ... in addition some with special show !
Leaves' Eyes will make their exclusive dvd show with Viking ship ! Epica will make their special show with pyro. There a lot of bands that never coming during the year, etc ...

I don't know if it's necessary to remind everything Very Happy

This would be a great incentive for bands of future festivals: MFVF, the festival where 200 smelly metal fans are roaming around backstage! Razz

But anyway, maybe I'm stupid but I still did not see an explicit answer on whether wristbands for FR/SA VIP tickets are plastic or paper...? Question

well, there is water-absorbing paper that can hold a pretty large amount of fluid (like 2 whole teaspoons lol) before it breaks...

i think the combi wristband is of a better material than the daily ones.

i haven't seen any news on that yet. also not on the official Autumn site/MySpace, so i reckon they're still coming.

if they do cancel, there's still a Nienke (moi) coming, though, and i would be willing to sign stuff as well. Laughing
