Luna Obscura would be a great addition but I don't know if they applied.

I just wonder if this edition, we'll have a french and a belgian band. Each MFVF we had and this time there is none, so maybe ...

The MaYaN debut is fantastic. But I really don't think they are appropriate for the festival. The album has a fair bit of singing from Floor/Simone, enough that they'd qualify as much as Therion or Trail of Tears. But live, its a very different thing... Simone is more or less a backing singer and that's it. It is mostly Mark Jansen and Henning Basse doing lead.

They'd be brilliant; but not really a FFM band live.

I'm glad to hear you feel that way. I have only heard the two songs that have been released by Nuclear Blast and I love what I hear so far. Of course I am a bit biased being a huge Epica and Mark Jansen fan.

Can't wait to hear the whole album!

P.S. Good to see you, Karma!

The festival "Out of the dark" is in Haarlem, on 7/10/11 in The Netherlands and NOT in Belgium.
So, the festival does not interfear with MFVF.

Let's see if my new tea leaf fortune telling system works. They tell me Krypteria will be the last band confirmed.

So long as they don't play any football anthems that'll do just nicely!!!
