YEAH. Their sound kicks-ass! I'd like to see it in Wieze.

I agree. Definately something different and a very powerful voice.

You guys just want to see that outfit on stage... Wink

I noticed them earlier on the Paganfest North American lineup. I think they are pretty rubbish compared to excellent bands like Turisas and Arkona that they are touring with.

I liked the song, will hold full judgement until I have the album... but I'll be seeing them on the Metalfest bill in Croatia this summer anyhow, so I'm not too fussed about seeing them at MFVF.

That being said, given that practically every eligible band from Napalm Records stable ends up playing MFVF, I rather expect them to be announced.

This great band just got confirmed for this year's Graspop Metal Meeting. Might be an excellent band for MFVF X as well !!!

KOBRA AND THE LOTUS

Kobra and the Lotus is a female fronted heavy metal band from Canada. Their musical style is often compared to classic Iron Maiden, Dio, and early Metallica or Iced Earth.
They've already played with 3 Inches of Blood, Primal Fear, Stratovarius, Amanda Somerville, etc. Their Cynically Wasted tour 2010 included 132 dates across the UK, Canada and the US.

Check out their stunning video for 'Welcome to my funeral':

Why not bring some diversity with The Birthday Massacre from Canada.

I have to be careful here. I actually agree with Thor on this one. There is always a first time for everything. Very Happy
TBM are a great band. Saw them last year in Leicester in the Uk. There was only about 40 people there which was a shame but it meant I got on the front row. Check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VV7pLp82EdI

I've just discovered an excellent French band called Adrana Okay. There are a lot of posts about bands it would be nice to see at the festival. However, the quality of her voice should make them a priority. There is still a lack of beautiful voices....

That's a shame. However, I'm sure you will bring us an excellent lineup as you always do. I'm looking forward to some new announcements.
