Winter In Eden have caught my eye in the last couple of years and are definitely the band I'd want to see at MFVF.
Out of the more established bands probably Epica, Within Temptation and Delain.

I think it's about time some quality new bands were given a chance to shine.
Winter In Eden will be bringing their second album out in 2012 and they are brilliant live.
Last week they did a one and a half hour set straight off to a full house.
The best female fronted band in the UK never to have played MFVF.

Umpteenthing Winter in Eden, they'll down well at MFVF.

Also from England I'd rate The Mariana Hollow, from down south. Alternative metal, maybe a lil bit Die So Fluid/Human Waste Project but not too much:

Now I think about it, Die So Fluid would be awesome too Smile

Draconian
Trail of Tears
Atargatis
