I'll start with the first question.
Now that the festival concludes 2 days, how will the access ribbons (or how do you names these things) look like?
Will they be made out of plastic, maybe paper, cotton, etc.?

More of these little detail questions can be posted here Very Happy

It's called wristbands.
I still have to order them, so I can't tell which kind you'll have this year.

Last year I had a VIP-ticket and I went to the accreditation desk (outside of the building, in the middle, next to the entrance) and there I exchanged my ticket into a VIP-ticket.

When I sent the Vip tickets, some info were sent by e-mail.
You'll have to go to the accreditation desk, to get your backstage passes.

About wristbands, we will see what's possible.

Laminate is the pass that you hang around your neck (plastic sheet).

I understand you ... before to use this term, a few years ago, we had to ask what was the meaning.
Now everybody use it (festivals, bands, etc ...)

We pay a lot to enter this festival.
& I know there are so many people who collect these wristbands.
There was said earlier that this also is a form of commercial for the festival.
And it's not that expensive.

http://www.orakel.com/BEL/polsband.php?product=1&type=5&sub=2&h…
Here you can buy them for 23cents per wristband if you order 5000 of them.

But prices are not the problem? The closing of them can't be the problem either..
You should put a poll on the website Cool

If you make the total it will cost a huge amount !
There are 2 days, so, each day a different model at least.
VAT isn't included, nor sending costs ...

Honestly we prefer to invest this amount (min 1500 euros) for something more important.
Like catering, material, security ...

And as I said, other big festivals work with sponsors, sor they don't mind to buy (or receive) these stuffs.
We don't have sponsors ... are you interested ? Very Happy (joking of course)

Okay, you've made a good point! Razz
I didn't know those paper bracelets where that much cheaper!
& I certainly didn't knew you don't have sponsors! Shocked
I actually assumed you had Embarassed

Edit & nothing to do with this;
All the info you put in http://mfvf.xooit.com/t79-INFO-ABOUT-THE-FESTIVAL.htm this topic, maybe you should put it on the website also. Not everyone looks on this forum..
Especially the part about the ticketnet-tickets is very important for everyone to know!

Okay, just to be clear.
I've got this ticket, so it's not a "real" MFVF ticket:

So I have to go like this?
I will have to wait in Line2, & at number 3 there isn't actually a line?
We can just walk through when we got the bracelet at line 2?
And I assume Line2 opens at the same time as Line1?
