I originally bought one of the pre-sales tickets from ticketpass.be which is only valid for Saturday (because at the time it was sold, it wasn´t known that the festival would last two days). Later on I ordered an additional regular ticket for Friday from the organizers of the festival. Does this mean that I´ll have to use the left entrance on Friday and go to the desk on Saturday to exchange the pre-sales ticket? Or is there any possibility for me to get my wristband for Saturday already on Friday?

We suggest you to give the 2 tickets at same time, and you'll get the wristband for both days, like a combi.
No need to go to the desk each day.

Sounds good to me. Let´s just hope the people handing out the wristbands at the left entrance on Friday will be informed about this and won´t tell me that I´ll have to go to the desk on Saturday to get my wristband for Saturday. Or should I try to get my wristband for both days directly at the desk on Friday (even though I have got a regular ticket for Friday and thus am supposed to use the left entrance)?

It's simplier to go to the desk on Friday, give your 2 tickets and get the wristband for combi ticket.
No matter if you have a combi or 2 different tickets, the idea is the same, you need an access for both days.

Ok, this "problem" is solved then. Thanks for the prompt reply.

Yes, but try to have a plastic bag with you. I'm not sure that we will have enough for all the merch.

lol, if you are VIP (or have bought the combo) you get a plastic one (or at least something that doesn't cut off easily/with water)
If you have a normal ticket then its paper

I don't know of course, just from the info given
